Eagle Point Health Care Center is a privately owned senior care center and skilled nursing facility that strives to meet the needs of each resident while maintaining their privacy, dignity and integrity. We are a Clinton, Iowa based skilled nursing home and rehabilitation center serving residents of Clinton County including Camanche, Fulton, and Davenport. Our professional and caring staff is available to provide personal care for those residents requiring daily living assistance or complex skilled nursing care 24 hours a day. We also offer respite care services to relieve individuals or families involved in caring for a loved one who is no longer physically or mentally capable of providing their care on a daily basis.

As a service of Eagle Point Health Care Center, our Reliant Rehab therapy program offers unique rehabilitation services to all of our Guests. We offer physical, occupational and speech therapies with our own full-time staff. Specific therapy services are based on the initial clinical assessment of each Reliant Rehab Guest. To supplement therapy sessions, our Reliant Rehab nurses and CNA’s are trained to assist our Guests with activities of daily living and provide ongoing education that will benefit our Guest when they return home. Other unique features of our Reliant Rehab program include private suites, complimentary local telephone services, flat-screen televisions, cable television services, and private dining and lounge areas.
